What do the family with children need to know about electricity safety?

1.Do not touch live equipment with wet hands, also do not wipe live equipment with a damp cloth. If wipe the equipment, the correct doing is wiping with a dry cloth after power outages.

2.Do not use multiple high-power appliances on the same strip at the same time, do not pull the wires randomly, do not use no-moisture-proof electrical equipment in a humid environment.

3.Parents must purchase qualified household appliances and lighting fixtures, fake and shoddy products have great fire risk.

4.If household appliance is damaged, please contact the professional or take it to a repair shop, strictly prohibited for non-professional to open the shell of household appliances in the electric case.

5.When leave home, be sure to turn off appliances and cut the power, in case appliances run overtime and cause it to overheat to outbreak of fire.

3.Do not stay near transformers and power facilities, keep away from loose wires. Do not enter transformer room and power distribution room.

4.Do not fish near overhead power lines, fishing line with water and carbon rod are conductive. Once fishing line hits power line, strong current will endanger life. This kind of accidents happen every year.

5.If you are outside in a thunderstorm, tell the children not to come near or stay high-voltage telegraph poles, iron power, the connection of lightning rod, under the tree, to avoid the striding voltage shock during lightning strike.
