July Team-building Activities

The long-awaited team building activity of the foreign trade department has arrived as scheduled in July.

The event took place at the Youth Party Pavilion in Shangen Village. There are various entertainment facilities here: leisure board game area, amusement facilities area, game area, e-sports area, chess and mahjong area, self-service bar area, and functional area.

A major theme of the event was the mid-year meeting. The meeting was divided into two parts: a review of the first half of the year and a look forward to the second half of the year. During the meeting, the sales situation and major events in the first half of the year were reviewed. In the first half of the year, our sales increased steadily. We participated in the Ali New Trade Festival and visited customers in Dubai and other countries. In the section looking forward to the second half of the year, each salesperson elaborated on the business priorities and required support for the second half of the year. The general manager and vice president of the company stated that they would fully support the sales work and provide corresponding resources.

After the meeting, there are some relaxing games: you draw and I guess, the”Get to Know You Again”card game. Everyone put aside the pressure and roles at work and participated in the game in a more relaxed state, which enhanced mutual understanding and trust, and also improved effective communication and collaboration.

During the free time, the fellows had a lot of fun and were filled with laughter: board games, table football, billiards, table tennis, shooting machines, arcade machines, and singing. After dinner, the team-building activity ended perfectly with a group photo.

Although this team building activity was short-lived, we created many beautiful memories together. We thank you all the dedication and efforts made during the half year. Let us devote ourselves to work with more enthusiasm, work hard together, and strive to create a better future!
